Le profil recherché

We are in search of a dynamic and experienced purchasing professional to join this great team.

The ideal candidate will bring:

  • 5 to 7 years of experience in purchasing, at a minimum.
  • A strong IT purchasing background is essential, with proven expertise in hardware, software, and telecom procurement.
  • Fluency in both French and English is mandatory, ensuring seamless communication within our global network.
  • Strong analytical skills to drive data-driven decision-making.
  • The ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A strategic vision to align purchasing activities with overarching business goals.
  • Outstanding communication skills and a diplomatic approach to foster effective collaboration.

Package / avantages

  • Annual Gross Salary: 70K€ + 10% bonus
  • RTT: · +/- 14 days depending on years
  • Home Office: 2-3 days per week

Les missions

  • Work in close collaboration with IT function as primary internal stakeholder but also key business and corporate functions.
  • End to end purchasing process management and optimization
  • Good legal knowledge on key IT related topics (IP rights, Personal Data Management…)
  • Effectively influences, collaborates, and partners with business leaders regions to drive results
  • Animation of the Purchasing community at regional level on the IT/telecom initiatives, with ongoing project reviews and communication on latest releases (Tools, contracts, etc…)
  • Develop and animate internal training sessions to get local purchasers autonomous on IT/Telecom subjects
  • Support strategy definition for each IT subcategories
  • Manage RFI and RFQs corresponding to IT roadmap/business needs
  • Manage contracts renewals; renegotiations
  • Identify, propose, implement TCO actions
  • Work close to the regions (EMEA/NORAM/LATAM/APAC) to define and implement regional strategies with the support of regional purchasing managers when relevant.
  • Ensure suppliers follow-up through business reviews
  • Report purchasing performance (savings & KPIs)
  • Contribute to Calderys sustainability targets; generate ideas around sustainability
